Check in is from 3.00pm – 8.00pm.
Please advise us if you are arriving late (after 8.00pm) to ensure your room is held for you.
Check out is from 7.30am – 10.00am.
Early departures before breakfast time may have a continental breakfast tray by request, or a packed lunch to take away in place of breakfast.
We request that all guests settle their accounts on the evening before departure, to ensure a smooth and speedy check out in the morning.
We accept cash, VISA or MasterCard.
A Credit or Debit Card is required to secure all reservations.
Group bookings are required to pay a deposit, the amount depending on the duration of the stay. All group reservations are provisional until the deposit is paid. Provisional reservations will only be held for 3-7 days, depending on the time of year and other enquires in hand, and this should be agreed at the time of enquiry.
During very busy periods it is not possible to provisionally book rooms, they must be guaranteed.
All cancelled reservations will incur a minimum fee of 25% of the paid deposit, to cover admin costs, credit card charges and potential loss of other bookings.
Cancellation notice of 7+ days: 75% of deposit is refundable
Cancellation notice of 4-7 days: 50% of deposit is refundable
Cancellation notice within 72 hours prior to arrival: no deposit refund
All non-deposit paid bookings must give at least 7 days notice of cancellation. If cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival, every effort will be made to re-let cancelled accommodation, however the first night’s stay will be charged if not re-sold.
